Claire is a vintage styled, dressed bear created from Steiff-Schulte rayon viscose and is 5-way jointed.

Pattern

Step-by-step instructions, pattern sheet and photo.

Fabric

• Steiff-Schulte rayon viscose - sized 50 cm x 35 cm.
• Cotton for Bodice & Lining - sized 16 cm x 28 cm.
• Velour for skirt - sized 13 cm x 42 cm.
• Velour for headband - sized 30 cm x 5 cm.
• Tulle or Netting for Petticoat - sized 14 cm x 80 cm.
• Tulle or Netting for Ruffle - sized 5 cm x 36 cm.
• For paw/foot pads use reverse of rayon viscose.

Eyes

• One pair 8 mm black or brown glass eyes with loops

Joints

• Two size 25mm Fibre Discs 4mm id – Head to Body.
• Four size 20mm Fibre Discs 4mm id – Arms to Body
• Four size 30mm Pressed Board Discs – Legs to Body

Hardware

• 4 x Slot-head screws, 4 x Lock-nuts and 8 x Washers for limb connections.
• 1 x Cotter pin and 2 x washers for head and body connection.

Thread

• 1.50 metre #5 Brown or Black Perle embroidery thread to embroider her nose & mouth.

Notes

• Hollofibre filling is not included in the kit.
• Glass beads are optional, to add weight.
• Claire is a collectable bear and not suitable for young children due to small parts.
