Growler

Growlers are sound makers that are inserted and encased in the filling of the teddy bear's tummy. When the bear leans forwards or backwards the growler makes a sound that is supposed to replicate that of a growling bear. Made from plastic, the diameter is 43mm and height is 49mm.
