Benjamin's pattern will enable you to create this large, 5-way jointed, classic mohair bear. His elegant appeal is enhanced by the trimmed mohair pile on his snout and ears as well as some defining scissor sculpting.

Benjamin requires the following if you wish to make him:
Fabric
- Straight, dense 18mm pile Steiff-Schulte mohair - sized 50 cm x 70 cm.
- Felt or Ultrasuede paw/foot pads – sized 22 cm x 14 cm.
Eyes
- One pair 10 mm black glass eyes with loops
Joints
- 6 x size 45 mm joint discs for the head & arms.
- 4 x size 55 mm joint discs for the legs.
Hardware
- 4 x Slot-head screws, 4 x Lock-nuts and 8 x Washers for limb connections.
- 1 x Cotter pin and 2 x washers for head and body connection.
Thread
- 3 metre #5 Black Perle embroidery thread to embroider his nose & mouth.
Notes
- Hollofibre filling is not included in the pattern.
- Glass beads/plastic pellets, are optional, to add weight.
- Benjamin is a collectable bear and not suitable for young children due to small parts.
